Police Confirm Killing Of Four Miners By Gunmen In Plateau

On Sunday morning, the Plateau State Police Command announced that four workers were killed at a mining site on Saturday evening by unidentified gunmen.

This DAILYPOST was revealed by the Command through its Public Relations Officer, ASP Ubah Ogaba, in an interview in Jos, the State Capital.

Ogaba said, “Four men who went to a mining site at Mai Farin Mota were shot dead by yet to be identified gunmen.”

According to him, “The scene was visited by the police and has been beefed up with security.”

He said investigation had since commenced to unravel the circumstances surrounding the death of the four miners.
