Oba Of Benin’s Fifth Wife Delivers Quadruplets

The wife of Benin’s Oba, Omo N’Oba N’Edo Uku Akpolokpolo Ewuare II, Princess (Oloi) Esosa, has given birth to quadruplets.

When he received the leadership of Immaculate Conception College (ICC) alumni students on Friday, the monarch made the announcement public.

The mother is the fifth and youngest wife of the traditional ruler.

The king also disclosed the genders of the new royal family members, who are three boys and one girl.

The Ewuare II expressed gratitude to God and his forefathers for the blessing.

The Priest of Holy Aruosa Church, Ohen-Osa Igbinoghodua Edebiri, said prayers for the newborns.

After rising to the throne, the 40th Oba of Benin welcomed his first child in May 2020. Princess (Oloi) Iyayota delivered the Prince.

The birth of the quadruplets is being commemorated in the palace and by the people of the Benin kingdom, both at home and abroad.
