Nude Video: Dangote Withdraws Suit Against American Mistress

Aliko Dangote, a Nigerian businessman, has dropped the charges he filed against his former mistress Autumn Spikes in an American court.

Ms Spikes posted a series of court documents to Instagram on Friday, showing that the billionaire, who brought the complaint under the alias John Doe, has withdrawn from the case via an updated notice of dismissal without notice.

This, she claimed, was done to prevent having to pay legal fees.

“He had till Sept 30 to submit a second amended complaint with more evidence of extortion and since this never transpired in the first place, he waited to the night before to file a “voluntary dismissal without prejudice,” Ms Spikes said on Instagram, ” basically to avoid paying my bills.”

Mr Dangote filed a case in January, claiming damages for his reputation after his buttocks were displayed on social media, according to Peoples Gazette.

Mr Dangote filed the charges in Miami, Florida, in a civil complaint under the alias John Doe, seeking $30,000 in damages. The name also had an alias of ‘DA,’ which likely stood for Aliko Dangote’s initials.

The accusations were filed against Ms Spikes, who used Instagram to reveal the lawsuit and threaten Mr Dangote for making it public, implying that the tycoon could face additional humiliating information about him being published online as a result of the litigation.

Mr Dangote had already offered to pay her for her quiet, according to the woman, because the two had been in a relationship for nine years without a non-disclosure agreement to prevent her from publicly speaking about the affair.

On January 1, Ms Spikes used the Instagram name Allarounda1 to publish a video of herself and Mr Dangote on a couch aboard what looked to be a luxurious yacht, showing Mr Dangote half covered by an orange blanket while using his phone.
