‘My Husband Is A Muslim, He’s Entitled To More Than One Wife’ – Mercy Aigbe Blast Critics
Mercy Aigbe, a Nollywood actress, has refuted accusations that she snatched Adeoti Kazim’s wife.
Last weekend, the actress uploaded lovey-dovey photos of her new boyfriend on social media, which caused a stir.
Following the revelation that Kazim is married with children, some Nigerians accused her of’stealing another woman’s happiness.’
Mercy, however, told TVC’s ‘Your View’ on Wednesday that her new lover is a Muslim with the right to have several wives.
In a message to Morayo Afolabi-Brown, the host of the chat program, she stated this.
“I spoke to her (Mercy) last night, she told me that the man is a Muslim, he’s entitled to more than one wife, so yes, he has issues with the first wife, and he is now married to her as the second wife and as a second wife, doesn’t she deserve to be happy? ” Morayo quoted Mercy as saying.
