Insecurity: Katsina Govt Issues New Directives To Commercial Vehicles Owners

The government of Katsina State has issued a directive to all commercial vehicle owners in the state in response to the threat of insecurity across the country.

Mr Abdu Labaran, Governor Aminu Masari’s Director-General of Media and Publicity, gave the orders during a press conference on Friday, according to NAN.

He explained that the directive was part of a broader security strategy aimed at reducing crime and criminality in the state.

According to him, the state’s commercial vehicles would all be the same color from now on.

“The new law will take effect on September 15, 2021,” he stated.

Remember that the Governor had already signed a security order into law in specific local government areas due to insecurity concerns.
