I Support Buhari Because God Showed Me A Vision That He Will Stabilize Nigeria — Pastor Bakare

Citadel Global Community Church Senior Pastor Tunde Bakare has revealed why he supports President Muhammadu Buhari.

Bakare said that God revealed to him that Buhari has a significant role to play in the stabilization of Nigeria.

This was mentioned by the clergyman in his Sunday state-of-the-nation address.

Bakare also emphasized his role in the 2015 formation of the All Progressive Congress, or APC, by a coalition of political parties.

“After the contentious and divisive 2011 elections, as Nigeria drifted along with sectional undercurrents and the country sought a unifying power, some of us persuaded General Muhammadu Buhari not to leave the stage, but to retract his words and form a coalition of the best of the North and the best of the South to save our country.

“I have to admit, I played a key role in that mission. In a vision, God revealed to him that GMB still had a part to play in the stabilization of Nigeria,” he said.

Bakare had previously expressed his dissatisfaction that the current state of Nigeria does not represent the Buhari he knew.
