I Am Interested In Growth, Development Of FUT Minna – IBB
Former Military President Gen. Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida has expressed interest in the expansion and development of Minna Niger State’s Federal University of Technology, FUT.
This was remarked by the previous president while entertaining members of FUT Minna’s Governing Council at his Uphill residence.
He stated that he will continue to assist the institution until it achieves an enviable level of success worthy of imitation.
“Gen. Babangida is a pillar to the growth of FUT, Minna and he remains a patriarch to the institution, which has evolved to become one of the best in the country.
“ I am confident that the University you nurtured is growing in leaps and bounds and it is not disappointing you,” the Pro-Chancellor said.
He also pleaded with him to utilize his clout to help make FUT more safe in order to ensure uninterrupted academic development.
Other members of the delegation include the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Abdullahi Bala; Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic), Prof. Faruk Adamu Kuta; Registrar, Mr. Amos Nmadu Kolo; Hon. Abubakar Muhammad Maru, Dr. Chike Onwe; Hon. Cletus Obun and Mrs. Asta Ndajiwo.
