EFCC Nabs Three Dubai-Based Suspected Fraudsters

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) says it has arrested three Dubai-based internet scammers on Wednesday, January 27.

According to an official statement released today, the arrest took place at Victory Nest Estate, Jakande, Lekki, Lagos State.

The names of the suspected internet fraudsters popularly called yahoo-boys are Samuel Oluwasegun Olayinka, Afeez Fajumobi, and Olamide Olamilekan Olaofe.

EFCC said that the arrests followed a series of intelligence detailing the suspects’ alleged involvement in internet fraud and other related offenses in Nigeria and abroad.

It added that they will be charged to court when investigations are concluded.
