BREAKING: Shettima, Abiodun, Sanwo-Olu attend Akeredolu’s funeral service
The late Governor’s burial commenced on Monday and has been ongoing throughout the week.
The funeral ceremony for former Ondo Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has commenced at St. Andrews Church, Imola Street, Owo, Ondo State.
Present at the service are prominent Nigerians including Vice President Kashim Shettima; Ondo Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa; All Progressives Congress (APC) National Chairman Abdullahi Ganduje; Ogun Governor Dapo Abiodun and Lagos Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu among many others.
The late Governor’s burial commenced on Monday and would come to an end this afternoon after the funeral Service.
Akeredolu, who died on Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at 67 would be buried in Owo, Ondo State.
