BREAKING: One Dies As Cultists Take Over Rivers Varsity

At Rivers State University of Science and Technology (RSUST) in Port Harcourt, the state capital, cultists have been on the loose.

The clash resulted in the death of one pupil on the school grounds on Thursday morning, according to reports.

SP Omoni Nnamdi, the state’s Police Public Relations Officer, confirmed the event when reached by DAILY POST.

He stated that one suspect had been apprehended in connection with the event and that there was “no reason to be concerned.”

The victim’s body has also been sent to a morgue in the state, according to the PPRO.

“We have arrested one member of the gangs and an investigation has also been launched.

“There is no cause for alarm. Activities are still going on in the school”, he said.
