Primate Ayodele Sends Fresh Message To Tinubu, Reveals What He Should Do As Crisis Worsens
The leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has issued a wake-up call to President Bola Tinubu, highlighting the prevailing economic hardship causing distress among Nigerians.
Primate Ayodele urged Tinubu to take proactive steps by establishing subsidized markets nationwide to mitigate the suffering experienced by Nigerians.
Addressing reporters in Lagos yesterday, the clergyman emphasized the necessity for the president to institute a committee for this purpose.
In his words, Ayodele stated: “President Tinubu should wake up; there is hardship, people are in pain, and to alleviate these challenges, the government should establish markets across the country where food items would be sold at subsidized rates for citizens.”
He further added, “A committee that will be accountable should also be created to oversee this initiative. We predicted everything happening regarding the economy today, and measures should have been taken in advance, but they were not taken seriously.”
“If the government fails to take appropriate action, the cost of flour and other essentials will continue to rise. That’s why I will be commissioning a bakery and healthcare center in a few days’ time to support the government’s efforts,” he concluded.
