Panic As Lagos Baker Was Found Lifeless, Her Throat Slit, Heart Ripped Out
A baker, Tina Ileogben, tragically lost her life in a gruesome incident where her heart was reportedly ripped out of her chest at her residence on Olowo Street in the Alhaja Shifiwa area of Dopemu, Agege, Lagos State.
Tina, who worked at a bakery, was absent from work on Wednesday, prompting one of her colleagues to visit her home. Upon arrival, the colleague discovered the door to Tina’s flat ajar. Upon entering, a horrifying scene unfolded—the lifeless body of Tina lay on her bed, her throat slit, and her heart missing.
A resident in the area, Segun, described the chaos that ensued: “The incident has thrown people, including her neighbors, into confusion. People got to know what happened to Ileogben when her colleague came to her flat.”
Tina’s elder sister, Justina, revealed further details of the tragedy, stating, “I suspected something bad had happened, started crying and rushed to my shop. I later summoned the courage to go into her flat to find out what happened to her and saw her corpse.”
“Justina, while demanding justice, urged men of the state police command to track down the suspect responsible for her sister’s death.”
Confirming the incident, the state Police Public Relations Officer, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, acknowledged the report, stating, “An investigation into the case is ongoing. Regarding the missing heart, nothing of such happened.”
