Israel Vs Hammas War: Reno Omokri Blasts Adeboye Over His Comment On Israel
A former Presidential Aide, Reno Omokri, has criticized Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, for supporting Israel in the ongoing conflict with Hamas.
Pastor Adeboye, in a video posted on his official account, expressed his belief that God would grant Israel victory over Hamas, ensuring peace in the region.
Taking to his X account, Omokri criticized Adeboye’s statement, pointing out that a significant portion of the Palestinian population consists of Christians. He questioned why Pastor Adeboye’s message didn’t address the suffering of Palestinians, especially considering the biblical principle of showing love to members of the household of faith. Omokri emphasized that Palestinians, too, are God’s children and deserve love, prayers, and support in the face of their immense suffering.
The conflict between Israel and Hamas has intensified, leading to widespread military actions in the Gaza Strip. Humanitarian reports indicate a significant loss of life on both sides, with the conflict escalating into a full-scale war.
