JUST IN: Djokovic Loses Fight Against Australia Deportation

Novak Djokovic’s petition to stay in Australia and defend his Australian Open title was unanimously rejected by a Federal Court on Sunday, putting an end to his effort to avoid deportation.

“The orders of the court are that the amended application be dismissed with costs”, Chief Justice James Allsop said.
