IPOB Members Protest At British Embassy Over Nnamdi Kanu, Submit Petition [PHOTOS]

In protest at the arrest of the group’s leader, Nnamdi Kanu, some members of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, stormed the British Embassy in Ireland.

Mr. Kanu was apprehended by Nigerian authorities on Sunday, June 27, 2021, and arraigned in court on Tuesday, June 29th, where he was detained in the custody of the DSS.

The demonstrators also filed a suit against the Nigerian government for what they called Mr. Kanu’s “illegal arrest.” They claimed Kanu was not kidnapped in Kenya and returned to Nigeria under dubious circumstances.

Kanu is facing treasonous felony, unlawful guns possession, and terrorist allegations.
