How Solskjaer blasted Man Utd squad for playing ‘Mourinho’s style’ after Wolves defeat

Manchester United interim manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, laid into his players after their FA Cup ended at Molineux last weekend.

Solskjaer was unhappy with his side’s display, in the 2-1 FA Cup defeat to Wolves on Saturday night.

Speaking to reporters after the game, the Norwegian admitted it was “the poorest since I’ve come here”.

He also lamented the side’s lack of speed and intensity with the ball, stating: “Our possession wasn’t bright enough and quick enough.”

But according to the UK Sun, United’s players felt the full force of Solskjaer’s wrath in the dressing room.

It is claimed he criticized their display with similar remarks, accusing stars of going back to the early days of the campaign under Jose Mourinho.

Solskjaer furiously told stars to analyse their displays during the international break, ahead of their Champions League quarter-final with Barcelona, fixtures in which he is demanding a reaction.
