Fire Guts Major Manufacturing Firm In Lagos [PHOTOS/VIDEO]
The Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service is currently fighting an industrial fire at Mega Plastic, Ilupeju bypass, Mushin, Lagos.
According to the state’s fire service, the emergency alert was received at 07:26 hours on Saturday.
The Firefighters at Ilupeju, Bolade and Alausa Fire Stations are already at the scene. The storage and factory sections of the petrochemical company were affected as the fire was being curtailed.
No injuries or deaths have been recorded so far.
This was made known by the Service via a social media post signed by a director of the Lagos State Fire and Rescue Service, Adeseye Margaret.
