AnambraDecides: No Election In Ihiala LGA, Says Collation Officer

The collation officer for Ihiala LGA, Ahmadu Umar, claims there was no election in his area.

Umar did not say why there was no poll in Ihiala LGA when he revealed this on Sunday at a presentation following the announcement of the Aguata LGA results.

He stated that the LGA has 148,407 registered voters, but that no election was held in Ihiala.

Election officials in some polling units in the LGA were reportedly attacked by hoodlums, prompting the suspension of elections in those units.
