BREAKING: Violence Unleashed on Foreigners in Pretoria, South Africa (VIDEO)

Many foreigners and their shops are currently being attacked after a taxi driver was shot dead in the Pretoria CBD following an altercation between taxi drivers and supposed drug dealers on Tuesday afternoon.

Taxi drivers in the area had confronted a group of alleged drug dealers in a bid to clean the city’s streets.

Tshwane Metro Police Department (TMPD) spokesperson, Isaac Mahamba, confirmed the incident.

They apparently approached the drug addicts in the CBD. Then there was a commotion and shots were fired, and one taxi operator was shot and killed.”

The issue here is not with nigerians pls get your info right..A taxi driver was shot dead yesterday by a police officer while raiding a tanzanian drug dealer..This doesn't concern nigeria..Pls let stop this..I stay in pretoria..Pls stop it

Meanwhile, Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari and South African President, Cyril Ramaphosa, will meet in October to discuss issues relating to well being of citizens and ways to further strengthen trade relations between the two largest African economies.

The discussion will come when issues around xenophobic attacks on Nigerian citizens continue in South Africa and the clampdown of South African ventures in Nigeria by some students.

In an earlier letter of invitation, the South African President said: “Your visit will provide an excellent opportunity for our sister countries to further consolidate and advance our strategic partnership and cooperation on matters of peace, security & socio-economic development in our continent.”

“We will discuss issues of mutual interest and concern in global governance.”
