BREAKING: Peter Obi Speaks On Tinubu’s Certificate Forgery, Challenges Him (VIDEO)

Peter Obi, the 2023 presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), held a World Press Conference in Abuja addressing the controversy surrounding President Bola Tinubu’s certificate.

The conference took place at the Shehu Musa Yar’adua Auditorium in Wuse 2. Obi focused on the alleged forged Diploma Certificate from Chicago State University (CSU) submitted by President Tinubu to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Obi expressed concern about how Tinubu’s actions have negatively impacted Nigeria’s global image, branding Nigerians as fraudsters and certificate forgers. He also challenged President Tinubu to reveal his true name, educational background, and the certificate he obtained from CSU, urging him to provide this information immediately to preserve his moral integrity and the nation’s honor.

Obi emphasized the importance of transparency, integrity, and honesty in public office, urging Tinubu to clarify his credentials. Journalists and others present have been asking Obi follow-up questions which he has been answering.

Atiku Abubakar, who challenged Tinubu’s victory in the February 25 election, raised suspicions about the authenticity of Tinubu’s submitted certificate and accused him of discrepancies and forgeries in his academic records. Atiku sought legal action, compelling CSU to release Tinubu’s academic records. These records, now in the public domain, will be used in Atiku’s litigation against Tinubu at the Supreme Court.
