BREAKING: FG Postpones ‘Nigeria At 60’ Awards

The Nigeria at 60 Jubilee Special Award ceremony, which had been scheduled for September 3, has been postponed by the Federal Government.

Adeniyi Adebayo, Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, made the announcement in Abuja on Sunday through his Special Assistant on Media, Ifedayo Sayo.

The Nigeria @60 Award ceremony, according to Adebayo, was organized as part of the nation’s 60th anniversary festivities to honor 60 distinguished Nigerians who had made significant contributions to the country’s development.

The minister expressed apologies for any disruption caused to stakeholders and the general public as a result of the postponement.

Adebayo, on the other hand, stated that a new date would be announced in due time.

The Nigeria @60 Committee’s Ownership Subcommittee organized the special award event.

It is in partnership with Say It Loud Limited, a media and digital communication corporation chaired by the minister.
