BREAKING: Cristiano Ronaldo Agrees To Join Manchester City – Report

Manchester City and Cristiano Ronaldo have agreed on a spectacular deal from Juventus to the Premier League winners.

According to the Spanish sports daily AS, Ronaldo has agreed to a two-year contract with City, with a salary of €15 million per season, roughly half of what he gets in Turin.

After Harry Kane committed his immediate future to Tottenham Hotspur on Tuesday, sources told ESPN’s Rob Dawson that City had not ruled out the prospect of signing Ronaldo.

Ronaldo’s agent, Jorge Mendes, had flown in to resolve Ronaldo’s future, according to Sky Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio, with the Portugal captain wanting to depart and Juventus willing to let him go.

While Ronaldo has agreed to terms with City, no agreement has been reached with Juventus, who are asking a €25 million transfer fee for the 36-year-old and are interested in signing City striker Gabriel Jesus, but City refuse to pay a fee or let their Brazil international depart this summer.

Last week, Ronaldo reacted angrily to rumors about his future, accusing people of being “disrespectful,” although he did not pledge his future to Juventus.
