BREAKING: Court Remands Ex-Minister In Prison Over Fraud (PHOTO)

A Abuja Federal High Court has remanded a former Nigerian Minister in prison over alleged fraud.

The Federal High Court on Wednesday ordered the remand of a Ex- Minister of Power and Steel, Olu Agunloye, in the Kuje Correctional Centre, Abuja.

Recall that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, had arraigned the ex-minister over allegations of fraud in the Mambilla Power Project. Agunloye was arraigned before the Federal High Court in Abuja on Wednesday, where he pleaded not guilty to the charges levelled against him.

But the presiding Judge gave an order that he should be remanded in the correctional centre, pending the determination of his bail application.
