2023 Presidency: Honour Rotational Agreement – Shehu Sani To Buhari, APC Govs

Shehu Sani, a former Kaduna Central Senator, has responded to the outcome of President Muhammadu Buhari’s meeting with All Progressives Congress governors.

According to Sani, Buhari and the APC governors should allow the party’s presidential candidate to come from the southern region of the country.

The former congressman said in a tweet that Buhari and the APC governors should honor their gentleman agreement and allow a Southern contender to emerge as the party’s nominee.

He wrote: “The president and the ruling party Governors should honour their ‘gentleman agreement’ and allow for a southern candidate to emerge.”
