Dangote had earlier petitioned the Federal Government, and has asked that the Ministry of Trade shuts down the BUA Group’s Sugar Refinery.

The refinery is located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

He accused BUA of going against the law by selling its products locally instead of producing for export alone.
