BREAKING: Supreme Court Yanks Off Omo-Agege’s Suit Against Oborevwori

The Supreme Court has rejected the appeal filed by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its candidate, Ovie Omo-Agege.

In the suit, Omo-Agege of the APC is challenging the victory of Delta State Governor, Sheriff Oborevwori of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

The court declared the appeal lacked merit, citing the appellant’s failure to meet the burden of proof required.

Currently, the court is delivering the judgment in the appeal filed by the Labour Party.
