Fuel Price To Hit N1,300 Per Litre- Primate Ayodele Drops New Predictions

Primate Elijah Ayodele, leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has predicted a further increase in petrol prices if President Bola Tinubu fails to take decisive action to stabilize the economy.

In a statement issued by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, Ayodele warned that ongoing confusion within the current administration could have severe consequences for the country and its citizens. He accused the government and its agencies of discrediting his earlier warnings about the potential negative impacts of President Tinubu’s policies.

“When I predicted that diesel would reach N1,500, petrol would rise to N1,000, and the dollar would hit N1,500, many dismissed me as a prophet of doom. They even sponsored stories against me, but now these predictions are becoming reality. I foresee another protest that could cripple the economy for two weeks. I truly feel for this country because even some banks may struggle to cope unless the president takes urgent action,” Ayodele stated.

He further warned that confusion within Tinubu’s government would have dire economic consequences for Nigerians, affecting security and other critical aspects of life. He urged the president to address these issues before the end of the year, as he foresees worsening hardships, including skyrocketing food prices.

Ayodele also predicted that petrol prices could reach N1,300 per litre and that the government might eventually call for recapitalization in various sectors, including telecommunications, as companies struggle to stay afloat. “As things stand, petrol will likely be sold at N1,300, and we could see increases in call tariffs as well. The confusion has only just begun,” he added.
