FILING THE PETITION: HOW PDP’s PREPAREDNESS SECURES THEIR PATH TO VICTORY

Since the commencement of the inspection of the BVAS machines, the APC has gone out of its way to ensure that the exercise does not take place. They have resorted to every possible tactic to disrupt and derail the process, showing no regard for fairness or transparency. In a deliberate and calculated move, they have provoked our people, attempting to create chaos where none existed.

This act of cowardice has been orchestrated by none other than the state chairman of the APC, Jerret Tenebe, who seems to believe that their only path to victory at the tribunal lies in the use of violence, intimidation, and harassment.

Tenebe’s approach has been to frustrate every effort to ensure that the truth is not brought to light. He has acted under the illusion that bullying and strong-arm tactics are the only ways to secure a favourable outcome. But what he fails to understand is that those he is dealing with are not just ordinary people. They are highly intelligent, deeply strategic, and well-prepared. Their intelligence and understanding of the legal and political terrain are far beyond Tenebe’s comprehension.

To cut the long story short, despite all the roadblocks the APC has tried to place in our path, the PDP, led by Asue and Ogie, has successfully filed a petition at the tribunal. This petition includes all the necessary documents, evidence, and legal arguments that will aid in securing our victory. Every required detail has been meticulously gathered and presented, leaving no stone unturned.

With the weight of the petition and the overwhelming evidence it contains, one can only wonder how the APC can possibly escape justice. The truth is clear, and no amount of intimidation or harassment can change the facts. We are confident that, in due time, justice will be served, and the rightful mandate will be returned to the PDP. The road has been challenging, but our resolve is unshakable. Victory is inevitable.
