Electoral Officer Beaten, Arrested For Allegedly Falsifying Election Results In Ihiala [VIDEO]
When a mob became enraged when they purportedly caught an electoral officer fabricating election sheets, they attacked him, assaulted him, and broke his hand before arresting him and transporting him to the police station.
The electoral official who was discovered falsifying election results in Ihiala LGA was beaten to a pulp and suffered an arm injury.
The narrator of the viral video claimed he was caught’red-handed’ while attempting to tamper with the results; he was challenged and advised to stop, but he refused; people were alerted to the embarrassing development, and they descended on the INEC official who was caught tampering with the results.
