BREAKING: Buhari Renews Dikio’s Appointment As Amnesty Programme Administrator

Colonel MD Dikio (Rtd) has been reappointed as Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme for another one-year term by President Muhammadu Buhari.

Col. Dikio was originally appointed in August 2020, and despite the hurdles, he has earned significant respect among the Niger Delta’s numerous stakeholders.
