BREAKING: APC Retains Ogun As Supreme Court Dismisses PDP’s Appeal

The Supreme Court has upheld the election of Governor Adedapo Abiodun in Ogun State.

In a unanimous decision, a five-member panel dismissed the appeal brought by Oladipupo Adebutu, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in the last governorship election in Ogun State.

Justice Tijjani Abubakar, delivering the lead judgment, stated that Adebutu and the PDP did not substantiate their case. Justice Abubakar ruled against the appellants on all raised issues, concluding that the appeal lacked merit and subsequently dismissed it.
