List of President Tinubu’s Ministerial Nominees Revealed by Senate

According to a source close to the Senate leadership, Senate President Godswill Akpabio is expected to read a letter containing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s nominees for ministerial positions.

The list has already been submitted to the Clerk to the National Assembly for delivery to the Senate President.

The reading of the letter is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, July 19th, 2023.

Earlier, Senator Yemi Adaramodu, the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Media and Public Affairs, had denied knowledge of the list.

However, it is stated that the President sent the list in compliance with the constitutional requirement to submit the names of ministerial nominees within 60 days of taking office.
