20 Persons Burnt To Ashes In Fatal Accident In Jigawa

In an automobile accident on the Achilafiya to Karkarna route in Yankwashi local government, Jigawa State, almost twenty people were burned beyond recognition.

According to DAILY POST, the accident occurred when two Golf automobiles collided head-on and promptly caught fire.

According to him, all occupants of the vehicles, including the drivers and passengers, died in the crash.

According to him, the fire stopped the people from rescuing any of the vehicles’ occupants.

ASP Lawan Shiisu Adam, a spokesman for the Police Command, verified the event to DAILY POST.

“The accident happened on Sunday at 5:00pm along Achilafiya to Karkarna Road, involving a Golf with registration number XA 361 BCH and a Golf Wagon with registration number FST 276 CX,” he said.

According to a police spokesman, the two automobiles caught fire as a result of the head-on collision, killing fifteen people.

According to him, all of the occupants of one of Bashir Ahmad’s vehicles were charred beyond recognition, while the driver of the other vehicle and thirteen of his passengers were seriously injured.

All of the victims, according to Shiisu, were brought to PHC Hospital Karkarna for treatment and ultimately died while undergoing treatment.
