Gunmen Invade Abuja Community, Kidnap Pastor, Two Siblings

Rev Yohana Joshua of the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) and two sons of Danladi Bulus, the former secretary of the Local Education Authority (LEA) in Kuje Area Council of the FCT, have been kidnapped.

Felix Bulus and Victor Bulus are the two siblings who have been kidnapped.

They were abducted on Tuesday in the council’s Godoji neighborhood.

The ex-education writer was kidnapped for the third time in the previous two years, according to the Daily Trust.

Danladi Bulus, a former education scribe who corroborated the latest event over the phone with our reporter yesterday, claimed it happened around 12 a.m.

Bulus claimed that the kidnappers arrived in huge groups, armed with AK-47 rifles, and broke down his fence to get entrance to his home, despite the fact that he was not home at the time.

He went on to say that the kidnappers went to the pastor’s house and kidnapped him as well.

“No contact has been established with the kidnappers,” he added.

DSP Adeh Josephine, the FCT police command’s spokesperson, said she hated to accept that such an incidence occurred.
