Singers Omah Lay And Tems Appear In Ugandan Court

According to new reports and photos making the rounds on social media, Nigerian singers, Omah Layand Tems have been charged to court in Uganda following a concert that was held in the country.

It was earlier reported that Omah Lay was apprehended in the East African country for making an appearance at a concert despite the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.

Police in Uganda confirmed that they arrested and detained Omah Lay who performed at a concert held at Speke Resort Munyonyo.

His arrest follows a public outcry by Ugandan entertainers who castigated the Police for allowing international artistes to hold concerts while the local ones are denied.

Speaking via a post on his official Twitter account some hours ago, Omah Lay confirmed that he’s with the Ugandan Police Force.

He stated at the time that all the issues will be sorted out and went on to urge all his fans to not be afraid of what’s about to come as he noted that things will be fine.

However, new photos making rounds on social media shows the singer and popular upcoming songstress, Tems in what appears to be a court.
