A lawsuit to remove Biodun Oyebanji, the newly elected governor of Ekiti State, as the legitimate All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the election has been dismissed by the court.
The subject that was presented before the court was declared invalid by Justice Babs Kuewumi, who presided over the case on Thursday.
News Direct reports the case was brought to court by another APC chieftain, Kayode Ojo, challenging Oyebanji’s emergence in the party’s governorship primary election.
