Ooni Set To Marry Fashion Designer As Fifth Wife
The Ooni of Ife, His Imperial Majesty Enitan Ogunwusi Adeyeye Ojaja 2 is set for another marriage with the longest living Ayaba in the palace, Princess Ronke Ademiluyi, who has been in the palace even before Olori Wuraola came in.
The marriage rites will take place in Ife on Thursday, 20 October, 2022.
Ademiluyi, also a princess of the source is famous for her defunct, Rukkies Label on Allen Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos.
Though a graduate of Law, she has great interest in fashion. She is the founder of Africa Fashion Week London now UK’S largest annual fashion event that promotes and nurtures African and African-inspired design talent.
In 2014, she set up a sister platform in Nigeria, Africa Fashion Week Nigeria to enable her to reach out to young African designers from all over the continent who cannot afford the logistics of traveling to London to showcase their designs.
In 2017, she was made the global Ambassador to the Queen Moremi Legacy and she co-founded the QMA International initiative alongside His Imperial Majesty Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, King of Ife Kingdom
The Initiative campaigns for the rights of women and girls in Nigeria and Africa.
