‘My Life Is Under Serious Threat’ – IPOB Lawyer, Ifeanyi Ejiofor Alleges Invasion By Security Operatives
The lawyer for the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Barr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor, has raised an alarm, alleging that security operatives have broken into his home and are shooting sporadically.
Ejiofor, who announced the news on Twitter on Sunday, claimed he had done nothing wrong to deserve such a raid on his residence.
He also requested prayers, saying that this might be the final time he is heard from.
He wrote: “A joint team of the police and Army are presently in my house shooting sporadically on sight, to arrest me.
“As a lawyer I don’t think that I have committed any offense known to law to warrant this sort of invasion. My life is under serious threat.
“People are being killed and I don’t know what will happen to me next.”
