Outrage As Military Bomb Those Who Came To Rescue Others In Kaduna (PHOTOS)

Many residents expressed outrage over the attack on sympathizers who came to rescue the initial victims of the military bombing in Kaduna State.

The sad incident occurred on Sunday evening when a military jet suddenly bombed worshippers.

Idris Dahiru, a resident of Tudun Biri in Igabi Local Government Area of Kaduna State, is mourning the loss of 34 family members who, he claims, fell victim to the Nigerian Army’s aerial bombardment on Sunday evening.

The tragic incident occurred during a gathering of villagers commemorating Maulud, resulting in the reported death of more than 90 individuals. The Nigerian Army, while expressing regret over the bombing, insists that the operation was targeted at terrorists.

Dahiru, recounting the devastating events, stated, “Our annual Maulud celebration was shattered by unexpected airstrikes. The first bomb exploded without warning, killing innocent people, including women and children; some victims were torn apart by the blast,” as reported by BBC Hausa.

He further described the heartbreaking scene, saying, “As we rushed to aid the injured, the jet returned, unleashing a second bomb. This time, many of those who had come to help were among the casualties.”
