BREAKING: Bandits Attack Catholic Seminary In Kaduna, Kidnap Students
St. Albert the Great Institute of Philosophy, a Catholic-run major seminary in Fayit, Kagoma Chiefdom, Jama’a Local Government Area, Kaduna State, has been attacked by gunmen.
The bandits stormed the seminary on Monday night, according to NewsWireNGR.
At around 8 p.m., the bandits broke inside the school and began firing indiscriminately, causing chaos in the vicinity.
The operation lasted nearly an hour, according to a source close to the school, when local hunters and vigilantes interfered and “chased the terrorists away.”
Terrorists kidnapped some students, while others were injured, according to reports.
The number of pupils abducted could not be determined at the time of filing this article because attempts to speak with school officials for comment were unsuccessful.
