IPOB Disciple, Simon Ekpa Sends Message To Obi Cubana Over Abba Kyari
On Thursday, Simon Ekpa, Nnamdi Kanu’s disciple on the Biafra struggle, advised Nigerian billionaire businessman Obinna Iyiegbu, often known as Obi Cubana, to disassociate himself from notable police officer DCP Abba Kyari.
Ekpa’s suggestion comes after Ramon Olorunwa Abbas, nicknamed Hushpuppi, a Nigerian scammer, revealed how he paid bribes to Kyari in a $1.1 million deal. Kyari has responded, claiming that all he did was connect Hushpuppi with a native clothing tailor.
“Obi Cubana my brother, you may reconsider retracting your step and monitor the people you keep as friends,” Ekpa replied on his well-known Twitter handle in response. The fact that Abba Kyari was present at your mother’s funeral would undoubtedly convey the wrong message about you and this criminal conspirator. – SE”.
It would be recalled that Kyari was one of the attendees at a star-studded event in Anambra State earlier this month (July) where Cubana buried his mother at Oba town.
Obi Cubana was characterized as a “brother and good buddy” by Kyari, a Borno State native.
