Tinubu Gives His Minister, Others New Appointments (FULL LIST)

President Bola Tinubu has announced key appointments which involves several Nigerians from various parts of the country.

In this latest case, Tinubu appointed one of his Ministers and others to the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) and the National Council on Privatisation (NCP).

In a statement by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Ajuri Ngelale, the President appointed Heineken Lokpobiri, the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, as Chairman of the NCDMB. The Executive Secretary position will be assumed by Felix Omatsola Ogbe, succeeding Simbi Wabote.

Ngelale’s statement outlined the newly appointed members of the NCDMB board: “Senator Heineken Lokpobiri — Chairman/HMS, Petroleum Resources; Felix Omatsola Ogbe — Executive Secretary; Oritsemyiwa Eyesan — Member/EVP Upstream, NNPCL; Gbenga Komolafe — Member/CEO, NUPRC; Bekearedebo Augusta Warrens — member; Nicolas Odinuwe — member; Rapheal Samuel — member; Sadiq Abubakar — member; and Olorundare Sunday Thomas — member.”

In addition, President Tinubu has appointed four new members to represent the private sector in the National Council on Privatisation (NCP). Ngelale’s statement listed the appointees as: Oluwole Osin (Southwest), Mohammed Mustapha Bintube (Northeast), Olayiwola Yahaya (Northcentral), and Akwa Effion Okon (Southsouth).
