BREAKING: Federal High Court sacks APC Exco

Federal High Court, sitting in Asaba, has said sacked the Prophet Jones Erue led executive of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Delta State.

The court upheld Chief Cyril Ogodo led executive as the authentic State exco.

Chief Cyril Ogodo who was sworn in as the State Chairman of the party by the immediate past National Chairman of the party, Chief John Odigie Oyegun.
