Herdsmen Attack: FG behind killers – Ortom
Benue state Governor, Samuel Ortom has accused Federal Government of Complicity.
The Benue state Governor in a statement stated that Boko Haram, Fulani Herdsmen, are all working toward the same goal in Nigeria.
“As long as Nigerians will not take this serious, it is certain that herdmen which they are now called Bandits, but why are they not being declared terrorists. Despite all our appeals and beggings that this people should be proscribed just like the IPOB, what have those people done”.
” Have those people killed the number of people these fulani herdsmen are killing?They came in the name of wanting to rear their cattles, now that we have the law that make provision for ranching, they prohibit open grazing and kept their cattles in neighbouring states and come here to kill our people without cattle and go back”
Governor Ortom further prayed that by the grace of God, He will protect people from Evil men who are trying to destroy Nigeria.
“But the Federal Government knows them, so they should stop them.”
