Funke Akindele Reacts To Rachael Oniga’s Death
Funke Akindele, a popular Nollywood actress, has responded to Rachael Oniga’s death.
On Friday, July 30, 2021, the veteran actress died of reported COVID-19 problems.
Until her death, Oniga was one of Nollywood’s most well-known and important actors.
Akindele expressed her grief over her death by thanking the late actress for her kindness while she was living.
“Hmm Aunty Rachael, thank you for being so wonderful to me,” she posted on her Instagram page. God is the most knowledgeable.
“Rest In Peace, May the Lord grant your family comfort.”
The 64-year-old actress made her Nollywood debut in the 1996 hit movie ‘Onome’ and went on to star in several big productions including ‘Sango’ and Wale Adenuga’s TV series, ‘Super Story.’
She is survived by three children and many grandchildren.
