BREAKING: Yinka Ayefele’s Fresh FM Station Manager, David Ajiboye Is Dead

The Station Manager at Yinka Ayefele’s Fresh 106.9 FM in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State, David Ajiboye, has died.

On behalf of the management of Fresh FM Nigeria and Merry Makers Band, Samson Akindele issued a statement announcing the demise.

After a brief illness that lasted a few days, Ajiboye died Sunday evening in an Ibadan hospital.

He was a founding member of Yinka Ayefele Limited’s music arm, serving as the publicist for Yinka Ayefele and his band.

From the ideation phase to the launch of Fresh 105.9 FM in Ibadan in 2015, Ajiboye aided Yinka Ayefele as a partner and then as a management staff member.

“We are indeed devastated by this sad event which has also affected our operations. Kind bear with us at this trying time”, the statement added.
