Buhari Regime Should Act Responsibly — C&S Church

According to the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church Worldwide, President Muhammadu Buhari’s regime should behave properly because Nigerians are not living up to expectations.

“The government needs to become more aware of its obligations. People are not behaving as one would expect. And you know what happens when people don’t live as they should,” said David Emilolorun, the Yaba District’s leader in charge, during the Cathedral Dedication and 51st Adult Harvest Thanksgiving Service in Ijeshatedo on Sunday.

The C&S priest urged Mr Buhari’s administration to solve the nation’s hunger and insecurity in order to make Nigeria a better place.

The church leader also asked Christians to pray earnestly in order to overcome challenges brought on by Mr Buhari’s administration.

“Christians need to become more aware of their responsibilities. The master key is prayer. “We must continue to pray; even in the Bible, Christians faced many difficulties, but when they prayed, they were able to overcome them.” “In the name of Jesus, we will overcome our own difficulties,” he declared.

Mr Emilolorun acknowledged that Christians were facing difficulties, but that prayer was the key to overcoming them. He also urged Christians to pray for Nigeria’s progress, stability, and peace.

He went on to say that the church’s dedication was motivated by the desire to provide God with a suitable place of worship.

Bisi Adedire, another religious preacher, urged Nigerians to draw closer to God and enable love and peace to prevail.

“When you love your neighbor, there will be no turmoil; when you love your neighbor, you will not want any problems; if you love your neighbor, you will not want your neighbor to die,” Mr Adedire emphasized. “If you care about your neighbor, you won’t want him or her to face any difficulties or issues.”

He urged governments to care for citizens and close the gap between the ruled and the governed.
