Kidnapped Actors, Cynthia Okereke, Clemson Cornel Released

Their release by the kidnappers, who were moved by the spirit of God to set them free and uninjured, was announced by the jubilant National President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Ejezie Emeka Rollas.

The Guild has coordinated the victims’ medical examinations and emotional support.

The National President extended our sincere gratitude to the Nollywood industry and Nigerians in general for their support and prayers throughout the tough time on behalf of their families.

He advised participants to constantly take precautions for their personal protection, both on and off the set of movies.
