Biafra: IPOB Members Reacts As Top Official Resigns

Mixed reactions have trailed a recent tweet by the IPOB New Media & Special Duties Coordinator & Press Secretary to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the IPOB leader over her resignation.

Amaka Ekwo announced that she is no longer the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB’s) New Media and Special Duties Coordinator and Press Secretary to Nnamdi Kanu, the IPOB leader.

Afriupdate reports that Ekwo who made this disclosure on her known Twitter handle on Saturday, thanked outlawed IPOB activists for “their love and support”.

Recall that the singer was appointed by self-exiled IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu in July 2019.

The reason for her resignation and details of her next move is still sketchy as at the time of publishing this report.

Meanwhile, some IPOB Members took to their social media channels to air their views about Amaka Ekwo’s resignation.
